We normally expect to dispatch orders within 1 working day, however please be advised that during sale period orders can take up to 3-5 business days to process. During our peak sales and promotional activity periods some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped to you. If you have any concerns over the shipping timeline please contact us.
Orders qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Shipping”. If you select a shipping method other than ground, shipping charges will apply.
If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you. Please allow up to 7 working days for Montenegro deliveries, and up to 25 working days for International Deliveries. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect.

Orders under 50€ (Without tracking number) – 5€ – delivery 2-5 days after dispatch, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Courier – 35€: Delivery 4-7 business days worldwide. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days customs clearance to some countries.

You have 30 calendar days to return an Item from the day you received the ordered item. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your returned item must have proof of Purchase.
